FEINSTEIN?S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed ?Best of New York? by New York Magazine and ?an invaluable New York institution? by The New York Post, will continue their Fall 2010 season with the return engagement of TV, recording and stage star LYNDA CARTER. Fresh from a two night engagement at the Garrick Theatre in London, her all-new acoustic show ?Wicked Cool? will be performed November 9 to 13 at the Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street). LYNDA CARTER, after being crowned Miss World-USA in 1973, outdistanced hundreds of other actresses for the leading role in ?Wonder Woman.? Carter went on to produce and host a series of five Emmy-winning television network variety specials featuring her singing and dancing, appearing with guest stars like Ray Charles, Kenny Rogers, George Benson, Merle Haggard and Tom Jones. She has starred or guest starred in dozens of films and television series, including ?Smallville? and the films Dukes of Hazzard and Sky High. Her stage credits include appearing as ?Mama Morton? in the West End production of Chicago. Releasing her debut CD At Last in 2009, which dropped at #6 on the Billboard charts, Carter has been touring the country performing in many venues in addition to appearances at Jazz at Lincoln Center and The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
