Following her sold-out engagement last spring, Anna Bergman returns to the stage at Feinstein's at Loews Regency for the opening of its 10th Anniversary season. Anna is known for her “glorious voice, the sureness and subtlety of a fine actress and a captivating, classy program and performance.”(Cabaret Scenes). Joining Anna in the premiere of her new show is Broadway’s Brent Barrett (“Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular”, “Chicago: The Musical”, “Kiss Me Kate”- Olivier Award nomination), who was also her guest artist in her 2007 public television special “You & the Night & the Music: A Salon with Anna Bergman”. At Feinstein’s Anna turns her attention to the glorious melodies of the incomparable theatrical legend, Richard Rodgers. In the romantic songs that Rodgers wrote with such masterful lyricists as Lorenz Hart, Oscar Hammerstein, Martin Charnin and Stephen Sondheim, Anna searches for the heart that beats inside all of us….as we long for, revel in and sometimes lose, at love. It’s a match made in musical heaven and one that cabaret lovers will not want to miss.
