FEINSTEIN’S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed “Best of New York” by New York Magazine and “an invaluable New York institution” by the New York Post, presents Broadway veteran and six year Saturday Night Live favorite ANA GASTEYER in the Spring 2011 season on June 13th & 27th. Gasteyer brings her unique wit and style to the debut of a new show of songs and stories. The comedy superstar dons a dress and works her hardest to keep the evening elegant with her powerhouse vocals showcased in Broadway ditties and beloved – if forgotten – standards and show tunes, with foot tappin’, finger snappin’ ditties and descants from Gershwin to Gilbert and Sullivan. With a gentle assist from Director Julian Fleisher and Bandleader Jon Spurney, Miss Gasteyer fronts a swinging ensemble in a night that promises to be classy, brassy and sassy – or jazzy, quirky and tear-jerky…depending on world events and/or her hair frizz factor.
